Waivers on Client Portal

Your clients can now electrically sign and agree to your waiver on the client portal when their account is created on the admin or client portal sites.

Overview

On the client portal, families can find a new button under each family member’s card to sign the waiver on the My Family page.

  • When creating a new account, student, or contact on the client portal your customers will be able to sign and agree electronically to your waiver. 
  • You can also create their account for them and they can log in to their account afterward to sign and agree electronically.
  • On the admin side, you can check waivers as well. This will capture the date and use the primary contact as the signer.
    • This should only be used if you have a hard copy of the person’s waiver on file.

Signing Waiver on Client Portal

When your customers sign into the client portal they will need to:

  1. Navigate to the My Family page. 
  2. Click on the Sign Waiver button
  3. View Waiver
  4. Enter Signature
  5. Optionally opt-out of multimedia use.
  6. Agree to Waiver
  7. Repeat process for all family members

New Accounts & Family Members

When new accounts or family members are created on the client portal signing the waiver is a part of the workflow.
